An unanswered review. A profile Google ranks below a competitor with fewer visits. A complaint that went public when a two-minute response would have kept it private. RaveHQ exists to close those gaps.
RaveHQ is a reputation and discoverability platform for premium local businesses. It scores your entire online presence as a single number called the RaveScore (0–100), then runs a weekly engine that closes the gaps: more 5-star Google reviews on autopilot, unhappy customer interception before they post publicly, profile fixes that lift local search ranking, and a weekly proof report. Plans start at $149 per month. Every component of the RaveScore formula is published in the public methodology so you can verify exactly how the score is calculated before you pay.
RaveScore is a single 0–100 number that represents a local business's complete online presence on Google. It is built from four independently scored pillars: review health (volume, star rating, recency distribution, and response rate), local rank position across relevant keyword clusters in Google Maps and Search, business profile completeness and accuracy across all 47 audited fields, and AI search eligibility signals that determine whether an AI assistant will cite or recommend the business. Each pillar is normalised against a market baseline and weighted into the composite RaveScore. The full weighting formula, normalisation bands, and data sources behind every signal are published at methodology.html. A higher RaveScore correlates directly with better visibility in Google local search results and greater likelihood of appearing in AI-generated recommendations.
Premium local businesses — dental clinics, spas, private schools, specialist garages — consistently lose customers not because of their product, but because of invisible online gaps. A competitor with fewer actual customers beats them on Google Maps because they have more recent reviews and a complete profile. An unhappy customer posts a 1-star review that could have been resolved privately. No one on the team has the time or the tools to catch this week after week.
The tools that existed were either generic reputation platforms aimed at enterprise chains, or basic review-request widgets that did one thing. Nothing combined the audit, the action, and the automation in one engine designed for a single-location owner who has five minutes on Monday morning.
RaveHQ was built to do all four moves automatically: get found, get chosen, get fixed, get proof. No account manager, no complex dashboard, no monthly consulting call. The engine runs. You approve. The score moves.
Every RaveHQ plan runs the same four-move playbook, automated to your approval level. See the full product detail →
RaveHQ has no paying customers yet. Every number on this site is a model projection or illustrative example, never a quote from a named person or business. We state this plainly because we believe the trust problem in this industry starts with vendors who manufacture social proof.
Three things we commit to instead:
What will legitimately make this E-E-A-T signal stronger over time: named customer case studies as clients come on board, third-party press coverage, and independently verified before/after rank data. We will add those as they become real.
