The operating cycle, in four outcomes
Four outcomes. One connected system.
Every stage in the operating cycle below serves one of four customer outcomes.
01
Get found and trusted
Profile, website, local search, AI-readiness, listings, and reputation.
02
Turn inquiries into bookings
Capture, consent-aware response, qualification, follow-up, booking, and recovery.
03
Keep customers coming back
Reviews, referrals, repeat visits, and reactivation after a verified outcome.
The problem, the product, and the complete customer journey — from local discovery through response, booking, reputation, reviews, referrals, and reactivation.
Product screens use an illustrative demo account. Available actions vary by plan, consent, customer-set limits, and the accounts you connect.
Getting started
Connect. Scan. Running.
1
Connect
Start with your Google profile. Growth plans also connect your channels, booking path, and customer-owned ad accounts.
2
Scan
Public evidence establishes the baseline. Connected lead, booking, campaign, and outcome data is added only when available.
3
Running
Set truthful offer, service area, consent, quiet hours, and caps once. Dark verification proves the path before live operation.
The complete customer loop
The public footprint and the front door now work together.
The reputation system keeps your discovery and trust foundation strong. Growth adds the connected journey that turns attention into qualified demand, bookings, verified outcomes, reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
02 · RespondCapture connected inquiriesForms, email, and SMS run only through verified channels and permitted purposes; WhatsApp runs the same way where your connected provider supports it.
03 · QualifyAdvance the right next stepTruthful offer, service area, timing, and industry-specific fit — without inventing claims.
04 · Book & recoverKeep intent movingBooking, stalled follow-up, missed calls, cancellations, and no-shows stay distinct.
05 · VerifyRecord what really happenedLead, booking, completed outcome, and attributed revenue are separate evidence classes.
06 · CompoundReviews, referrals, reactivationVerified outcomes enter lawful customer-lifecycle paths and feed the next visibility cycle.
After setup, routine growth work runs automatically inside your rules. Genuine exceptions and new business decisions wait for you. The customer supplies unavoidable one-time authority; automatic actions run only inside the consent, quiet hours, suppression, messaging, spend, and stop-loss limits you set — and wait for confirmation from connected services before reporting completion.
The operating cycle
The foundation improves while the front line keeps moving.
Six connected stages, from earning demand to proving and compounding commercial outcomes.
· 01
Attract
Improve the digital foundation and open qualified demand
Foundation
Profile, site, local search, AI-readiness, directories, and reputation are assessed and improved from available evidence.
Growth plans add
Customer-owned Google and Meta campaigns, offer and landing-page variants, and budget reallocation inside hard caps.
You set once
Truthful offers, service areas, customer-owned accounts, budgets, and stop-loss limits.
You receive
A stronger public entry point and, where activated, an operated demand source.
Public changes stay inside your policy. Supported actions can run automatically or wait for approval, and nothing is marked complete until the change is confirmed.
· 02
Capture & Respond
Connected demand receives the right first action
When
A connected form, call, email, SMS, or (where your provider supports it) WhatsApp inquiry arrives.
RaveHQ decides safely
Source, purpose, consent, quiet hours, suppression, service area, and urgency determine the permitted next action.
You set once
Approved channels, response policy, business hours, boundaries, and escalation path.
You receive
An append-only conversation trail with every response and exception recorded.
· 03
Qualify & Book
Move suitable demand to the real next step
When
An inquiry is eligible for the next commercial step.
RaveHQ asks
Only the industry, offer, service-area, urgency, and eligibility questions required for that journey.
RaveHQ advances
Qualified intent to the connected booking destination without inventing price, availability, or service facts.
You receive
Lead, qualification, and booking records kept as separate evidence classes.
· 04
Follow Up & Recover
Keep real intent from silently disappearing
When
A qualified inquiry stalls, a call is missed, or a booking is canceled or marked no-show.
RaveHQ follows
The approved cadence and channel policy without treating every interruption as the same event.
RaveHQ stops
At opt-out, suppression, policy limit, successful booking, or the configured stop condition.
You receive
Recovered opportunities and exhausted paths reported separately.
· 05
Verify & Compound
Turn completed outcomes into durable growth
When
A connected system verifies the completed customer outcome.
RaveHQ activates
Lawful review, referral, repeat-visit, recovery, or reactivation paths appropriate to the customer state.
RaveHQ protects
Customer-authored review text, purpose limitation, suppressions, and approval boundaries.
You receive
A stronger reputation and customer base feeding the next demand cycle.
· 06
Learn & Improve
One account truth, continuously refreshed
When
New public, provider, conversation, booking, campaign, or outcome evidence enters the account.
RaveHQ updates
The persisted dashboard snapshot, action queue, exceptions, history, and matching downloadable report.
You may review
Use the dashboard or monthly executive update for oversight; the next cycle does not depend on opening an email.
You receive
One truth: what changed, what it produced, what remains blocked, and what runs next.
The cycle keeps running. New evidence feeds the next queue without a manual restart.
One account truth
Public evidence and connected outcomes stay distinguishable.
RaveHQ never fills an unavailable signal with a guess.

Independent platform confirmation and verified public changes
Hard attribution, soft attribution, and modeled opportunity
RaveScore is RaveHQ’s 0–100 score of a business’s public Google review reputation, built only from external Google evidence. It never absorbs funnel or revenue data. Connected commercial outcomes remain separate, and unavailable evidence remains unavailable rather than becoming a fabricated zero or modeled fact.
Evidence and progress
What changed, what it produced, and how certain we are.
Public signals, executed actions, provider confirmations, inquiries, bookings, completed outcomes, attribution, and modeled opportunity are labeled separately. RaveScore remains a narrow 0–100 measure of public Google review reputation so one attractive number can never hide the real commercial story.
Scanning, scoring, drafting, authorized dispatch, remote verification, and reporting run on the account’s schedule.
Policy controlled
Automatic or approval-required.
Choose once by action type. RaveHQ respects that boundary and only marks a public change complete after it is confirmed.
The review experience
Real words first. Optional polish second.
The customer writes the experience. An AI-assisted draft may clarify those words, but it cannot add a rating, person, service, or claim, and nothing advances without explicit final approval.
The blank box
Useful detail is hard to start.
An empty field creates friction. The result is often abandonment or a one-line review with little context.
Write a review…
"Great place!"
"Good service."
"Recommended."
The problem is not positivity. It is the absence of useful, customer-authored detail.
RaveHQ review flow
Write first, optionally polish, then decide.
The business never requests a rating or specific praise. AI becomes available only after the customer writes.
1
The customer writes first. One neutral question, answered in the customer’s words.
2
Optional source-only polish. AI may clarify or shorten only the supplied text.
3
Explicit final approval. The customer can edit, discard, keep the original, or approve before Google opens.
Nothing is posted by RaveHQ. Google opens only after the customer confirms the final wording.
