The agreement
These terms govern your use of RaveHQ (ravehq.co). By signing up, you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. Questions: [email protected].
The service
RaveHQ provides a plan-based local-growth service for businesses. Depending on the plan, supported connections, and authority you configure, the service may include:
- A public scan, RaveScore, and source-backed 51-check register across profile and Google Business Profile, reviews, AI visibility, and sector benchmark evidence
- Digital-foundation work across business profiles, websites, local discovery, reputation, directories, social surfaces, and related action queues
- Connected inquiry capture, response, qualification, booking follow-up, missed-opportunity recovery, reviews, referrals, repeat visits, and reactivation
- On eligible Growth plans, customer-owned Google and Meta campaign operation inside approved budgets, policy, and stop-loss limits
- Account dashboards, history, reports, provider receipts, service emails, and plan-aware support
Features vary by plan, market, provider availability, lawful data source, and the accounts you connect. A feature that requires a third-party connection cannot operate until that connection is authorized and verified. RaveHQ does not present an attempted or modeled action as a confirmed lead, booking, completed outcome, or revenue result.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate business and billing details, and limiting account access to authorized people. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Each customer account is tenant-scoped; you may access only the businesses, locations, records, and connected accounts you are authorized to manage.
Connected providers and account authority
You authorize RaveHQ only for the providers, capabilities, policies, approval modes, budgets, quiet hours, and stop-loss limits configured for your account. You represent that you have authority to connect those accounts and instruct the resulting work. You remain responsible for business-specific claims, offers, eligibility rules, professional advice, regulated content, customer promises, and any action that you approve.
RaveHQ may pause, block, retry, roll back, or route work for approval when a provider is unavailable, evidence is incomplete, a safety or deliverability limit is reached, or the requested action falls outside policy. You may revoke a connection or narrow future authority, but doing so does not erase billing records, suppression state, or receipts for work already completed.
Data processing
When you provide or connect customer, lead, inquiry, booking, message, or outcome data, your business determines the lawful purpose and source of that data and RaveHQ acts as your processor or service provider on your documented instructions, subject to applicable law. We process it only to deliver and secure the enabled service, and we do not sell it or repurpose it for unrelated advertising or brokerage. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RaveHQ to:
- Generate or publish fake reviews on any platform
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate customers or reviewers
- Send deceptive, unlawful, unsolicited, or prohibited communications; bypass consent, suppression, quiet-hour, unsubscribe, provider, or platform rules; or upload a list you are not authorized to use
- Use RaveHQ as the sole decision-maker for employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, or another high-impact matter that requires qualified human review and a separate legal basis
- Violate any applicable law or a connected provider’s terms
- Reverse-engineer, systematically extract, scrape, replicate, or disrupt the platform, its scoring systems, or its operating intelligence
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Payment and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in USD, according to the cadence selected at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. If a charge fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment details before suspending access.
30-Day First-Value Guarantee
Every paid RaveHQ plan is covered for its first 30 days. For Radar, the first-month outputs are the evidence-backed domain baseline and monitoring service described at checkout. For a full-suite plan, they are the applicable audit, priority action plan, digital-foundation delivery, and connected growth setup or workflow described for the purchased plan. Under the First-Value Guarantee, if RaveHQ does not deliver those outputs after you complete the account connections and approvals required for your plan, or if you decide RaveHQ is not the right fit, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment with your business name. We will process a refund of your first RaveHQ subscription payment within 48 hours.
The guarantee applies once per business, only to the first RaveHQ subscription payment, and not to renewals. It does not cover customer-owned advertising spend, carrier messaging charges, or separately approved third-party costs. It is a service-delivery and fit guarantee, not a promise of rankings, AI citations or recommendations, inquiries, leads, bookings, completed outcomes, customers, or revenue.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time on cancellation after the 30-Day First-Value Guarantee window.
Intellectual property
RaveHQ, its scoring systems, methodology implementation, model instructions, calibration, quality controls, prioritization logic, orchestration, and underlying technology remain our property. Public descriptions, headline weights, methodology summaries, reports, and account outputs do not grant a license to reproduce, reverse-engineer, train, benchmark, or operate a competing system. You retain ownership of all content and data you provide, and grant us a license to use that data only to deliver the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, review counts, star ratings, inquiries, bookings, completed visits, advertising performance, customers, or revenue. Outcomes depend on your offer, operations, market, connected providers, platform policies and algorithms, budgets, customer decisions, and other factors outside RaveHQ’s control. We warrant that we will perform the services described with reasonable care and skill.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaveHQ’s liability for any claim arising from these terms is capped at the total fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAK FZ), UAE. Any disputes will be resolved by negotiation first; if unresolved, by binding arbitration.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
