The agreement
These terms govern your use of RaveHQ (ravehq.co). By signing up, you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. Questions: [email protected].
The service
RaveHQ provides reputation and discoverability services for local businesses, including:
- RaveScore digital footprint auditing
- Review interception and private complaint recovery
- Automated review request campaigns
- Google Business Profile optimisation and rank tracking
- Weekly action queues and monthly footprint reports
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RaveHQ to:
- Generate or publish fake reviews on any platform
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate customers or reviewers
- Violate any applicable law or Google’s Terms of Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Payment and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in USD. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. If a charge fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment details before suspending access.
30-day money-back guarantee
If in your first 30 days we have not delivered your RaveScore audit, priority action plan, and first review campaign launch, or you are simply not satisfied, email [email protected] with your business name and we will process a full refund within 48 hours. This guarantee applies once per business and does not apply to renewals.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time on cancellation after the 30-day guarantee window.
Intellectual property
RaveHQ and its underlying technology remain our property. You retain ownership of all content and data you provide. You grant us a licence to use that data to deliver the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes — review counts, star ratings, or ranking positions depend on factors outside our control, including Google’s algorithms and your customers’ behaviour. We warrant that we will perform the services described with reasonable care and skill.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaveHQ’s liability for any claim arising from these terms is capped at the total fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAK FZ), UAE. Any disputes will be resolved by negotiation first; if unresolved, by binding arbitration.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
