Customer-owned ad spend is outside the subscription. Carrier messaging is billed at the connected provider’s rate within your cap; RaveHQ adds no agency percentage.
Start with Growth MultiWhat RaveHQ handles, what you connect, and what you receive.
Connect supported accounts once, set authority and safety limits, and RaveHQ keeps working inside those boundaries. If a direct connection is unavailable, RaveHQ keeps the action blocked rather than pretending it completed. A message, public change, booking, or attributed outcome only counts after the corresponding evidence is recorded.

View the machine-readable delivery contract. Readiness, leads, bookings, completed outcomes, modeled opportunity, and attributed revenue are labeled separately. No plan guarantees a ranking, citation, recommendation, lead volume, booking, or revenue outcome. Customer-owned media spend sits outside the subscription; carrier messaging is billed at the connected provider’s rate within the customer-set cap, with no RaveHQ agency percentage. Google reply receipts and reply publishing activate the moment RaveHQ is granted direct posting access to Google Business Profiles; connected acquisition activates once RaveHQ's Google Ads and Meta platform-level access is configured; SMS/WhatsApp capture activates once a connected messaging provider is configured for SMS and WhatsApp. Until then, the corresponding drafts, evidence and receipts are prepared and queued, never claimed complete.

Product and first value
What is RaveHQ: a reputation tool, an AI visibility tool, or a growth platform?⌄
RaveHQ is an autonomous local growth system. It strengthens the digital foundation that helps a business get found and trusted, then operates the connected customer journey from inquiry response and qualification through booking, recovery, reviews, referrals, reactivation, and, on Growth plans, paid acquisition.
Is RaveHQ just reporting, or does it execute work?⌄
It executes within the plan, connections, permissions, budgets, and policies you set. RaveHQ prepares work where a direct connection is unavailable, completes eligible authorized work where a supported connection exists, verifies the public or provider result, and never labels an unverified action complete.
What does the free scan cover compared with the full assessment?⌄
The no-sign-up scan is a fast Google-profile identity, rating, review-count, RaveScore, and evidence check. It is not the complete 51-point assessment. The deeper assessment examines the broader discoverability, reputation, action, and follow-up register and produces a prioritized plan with measured and unavailable evidence kept separate.
What happens after I subscribe?⌄
You receive a plan-aware welcome and a one-time connection checklist. RaveHQ then builds the first persisted account snapshot and notifies you when the first operating view is ready. The same timestamped snapshot powers the dashboard, history, downloadable report, and service emails so they cannot tell different stories.
What AI powers RaveHQ?⌄
The RaveHQ engine — RaveScore, the weekly analysis, and drafted review replies and site fixes — runs on Claude, the AI model built by Anthropic, through the Anthropic API. Routine growth work runs automatically inside your rules; genuine exceptions and new business decisions wait for you. RaveHQ is not endorsed by, certified by, or partnered with Anthropic.
Autonomy, control, and data
How much recurring work is required from the owner?⌄
The required work is concentrated in setup: connect the accounts RaveHQ may operate, confirm lawful contact sources and permissions, set the offer and booking boundaries, and choose approvals, budgets, and stop-loss limits. After that, automatic mode requires no weekly owner task; exceptions and approval-required actions remain visible.
What runs automatically and what still requires approval?⌄
You choose the policy by action type. Get Found keeps review replies approval-required and website fixes individually authorized. Win Your Market and above can run eligible Review Reply Autopilot and Site SEO Autopilot only inside their narrow policy scope. Sensitive, uncertain, lower-rated, unsupported, or out-of-policy work waits for approval or is prepared for handoff.
What happens if a connected service is unavailable or a change cannot be verified?⌄
RaveHQ fails closed. It records the blocked state, retries only within its bounded policy, and routes the item to approval or handoff. Site changes use a remote receipt, public-page verification, bounded retry, and rollback; an attempted action is never presented as a confirmed outcome.
How are customer records and contact permissions handled?⌄
You connect only the supported accounts and lawful customer sources needed for the workflows you enable. Consent, purpose, quiet hours, suppression, opt-outs, and channel permissions remain part of the operating policy. RaveHQ does not turn a customer list into an unrelated cold-outreach list.
Customer acquisition and attribution
What is the difference between Growth Core and a Growth plan?⌄
Growth Core is included with Win Your Market and Every Location. It operates connected inbound capture, consent-aware response, qualification, booking follow-up, missed-call and no-show recovery, lapsed-customer reactivation, reviews, referrals, and repeat visits. Growth and Growth Multi add autonomous Google and Meta campaign operation, creative and landing-page variants, budget reallocation, and paid-acquisition controls — campaign operation activates once RaveHQ's Google Ads and Meta platform-level access is configured.
Does RaveHQ guarantee new customers or revenue?⌄
No. RaveHQ operates the system and reports what can be verified, but it does not guarantee rankings, inquiries, bookings, walk-ins, completed visits, or revenue. Leads, bookings, verified completed outcomes, and hard or soft attribution remain separate so activity is not presented as commercial success.
Is advertising spend included in Growth pricing?⌄
No. Growth includes autonomous campaign operation, not the media budget. Advertising spend is paid directly by you in customer-owned Google or Meta accounts. Messaging or carrier usage is charged by the connected provider inside the cap you configure. RaveHQ adds no separate agency fee.
How does RaveHQ attribute a lead or booking to growth work?⌄
Hard attribution such as provider lead IDs, tracked calls, tracked forms, booking confirmations, and verified completed outcomes is reported separately from softer evidence such as customer match-back, offer codes, or modeled assisted conversion. A lead is never counted as a customer and a booking is never counted as a completed visit.
Does RaveHQ cold-message individual consumers?⌄
No. RaveHQ Growth does not scrape or cold-message individual consumers. Customer communications run only from lawful connected sources and inside the consent, purpose, channel, quiet-hour, suppression, and opt-out rules you configure.
Plans, markets, and terms
Does RaveHQ write customer reviews or reply to reviews automatically?⌄
RaveHQ never invents or posts a customer’s review. On Get Found, business-owner replies are approval-required drafts. On Win Your Market and above, only eligible new five-star reviews may receive a rotating business-approved thank-you automatically; specific, sensitive, uncertain, lower-rated, or already-replied reviews move to approval.
Can RaveHQ support multiple locations?⌄
Yes. Every Location covers the first five locations with central or per-location operating policy and consolidated proof; additional locations are $119 per location each month. Growth Multi combines that multi-location foundation with the Growth acquisition system across the first five locations.
Does RaveHQ work outside the United States?⌄
The product can assess eligible Google Business Profiles globally, but the commercial launch sequence is United States first. New markets are activated only after the same evidence, compliance, delivery, and quality gates are adapted and verified for that market.
Can I switch plans, cancel, or use the First-Value Guarantee?⌄
You can upgrade at any time, downgrade at the end of the current billing period, or cancel without a long-term contract. Every paid plan has a 30-Day First-Value Guarantee. Under the First-Value Guarantee, if RaveHQ does not deliver the included first-month outputs after you complete the required connections and approvals, or if you decide RaveHQ is not the right fit, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment. It applies once per business to the first RaveHQ subscription payment; see the Terms for exclusions.
Proof, terms, and an exit.
RaveHQ is in its launch phase. Modeled and illustrative numbers are labeled; they are not presented as customer results. The commercial safeguards are simple:
The First-Value Guarantee protects your first RaveHQ subscription payment for 30 days when included first-month outputs are not delivered after required setup, or RaveHQ is not the right fit.
Monthly billing, cancel any time. Annual billing is optional, not a lock-in requirement.
